Message: I sent an email stating the need for expansion of the program. I also added that if a blight such as this was affecting land based animals rather than fish, where the public could see how bad the situation was, we wouldn't be having these discussions, as public outcry would have been so loud that we'd have already taken stronger measures to eradicate the problem.
